Sid is an approximately 1-year-old boy who came to us as a stray after a kind member of the public reported a cat giving birth to multiple litters in their back garden. Sid arrived at the sanctuary alongside his brothers, Gnasher and Dennis. Having spent his entire life outdoors, the sanctuary environment is understandably a little stressful for him as he learns what life around humans is like. Sid’s ideal home would be one that understands his background and allows him plenty of outdoor access, where he can enjoy being a cat on his own terms. He isn’t looking to be a lap cat, but rather a home that respects his independence and gives him the space and time he needs to settle. As we have no history of Sid living with other cats, dogs, or children, we feel he would be best suited as the only cat in the household initially, until he has had time to adjust and build confidence with his people.
