Valentines Pawtraits

Date: Saturday 24th and Saturday 31st January 2026 | Location: The Stables, Todwick Road, S25 3SE

Celebrate the love you share with your dog with a beautiful Valentine-themed photoshoot at Thornberry. Join us on 24th and 31st January for a 15-minute Pawtraits session, with a choice of packages including digital images and gorgeous keepsakes. A perfect way to mark Valentine’s season while supporting animals in need.

Easter Fair

Hop into the Easter spirit at Thornberry Animal Sanctuary’s Easter Fair! Enjoy a fun-filled day of family-friendly activities, delicious treats, and local stalls, all while supporting the animals in our care.

Graves Park Show

Date: Monday 4th May 2026| Location: Graves Park Farm

Join us at the Graves Park Show, where Thornberry Animal Sanctuary will be hosting the Dog Show! Bring your four-legged friends along to take part in a range of fun categories, while helping to raise vital funds for the animals in our care.

Maltby Family Fun Day

Date: Sunday 12th July 2026| Location: Maltby

Come and say hello to the Thornberry Animal Sanctuary team, meet some of our wonderful ponies, and have a go on our tombola and games. It’s a brilliant day out for the whole family, and every visit helps support our local animal sanctuary and the animals in our care.

Greasborough Park Dog Show

Date: July 2026| Location: Greasbrough Park, Rotherham

Pooches in the Park

Date: Sunday 13th September 2026| Location: Millhouses Park, Sheffield

A tail-wagging celebration of dogs, community, and compassion at Millhouses Park, bringing together dog lovers for one of Thornberry Animal Sanctuary’s biggest fundraising events of the year

Festive Dog Walk

Date: Sunday 14th December 2025 Location: The Lock Keeper, Sandy Ln, Worksop S80 1TJ

Join us on Sunday 14th December for a cheerful festive dog walk from The Lock Keeper to Shireoaks Marina and back, followed by a delicious breakfast.

This fun morning coincides with their Breakfast with Santa Paws event — the pawfect festive outing for you and your dog!

Thornberry's Wizard Halloween Fair

Something wickedly wonderful is coming…
Our Halloween Fair is brewing behind the scenes! Expect spellbinding fun, magical treats, and a night straight from the wizarding world.

Festive Pawtraits

Date: Saturday 22nd November Location: Thornberry Animal Sanctuary

Capture the magic of the season with a festive photoshoot for your four-legged friend! Batsonelli Photography will be here at Thornberry offering beautiful Christmas-themed portraits of your pets — perfect for gifts, keepsakes, or this year’s holiday cards.

Join us for a tail-wagging good time at Pooches in the Park! Celebrate your furry friends with fun activities, stalls, and competitions, all in support of the animals at Thornberry Animal Sanctuary.
