2027 Calendar Competition

After an amazing response from 2026, the 2027 Calendar Competition is here!

2027 may seem a long time off but we need plenty of time to deliberate and create, you’ll be looking at this every day so we want it to look great! Plus, you now have time to get some amazing new snaps of your lovely Thornberry pet!

Please feel free to get creative, get outside, and get some seasonal shots! However, animals in costumes and AI enhanced images will not be accepted.

Simply email marketing@thornberryanimalsanctuary.org to enter and include;

A high-resolution, square photo
Your name
Your pets name and when you adopted them from Thornberry
An interesting fact or funny story (no more than 50 words- we may include this but have very limited printing space)

The Closing Date is 20th September 2026

Thornberry Animal Sanctuary Calendar Competition 2027

Terms and Conditions

The competition is only open to animals adopted, or residents of Thornberry Animal Sanctuary.
Entries can be made up until 20th September 2026, entries made after this date will not be considered.
Entrants must submit their photo via email to marketing@thornberryanimalsanctuary.org
Entrants must have taken the photo themselves or have permission from the owner.
AI enhanced images will not be considered.
Any photographs of animals in unsuitable or unsafe environments will be disqualified.
Photos must be high-resolution. Photos from social media are not acceptable and won’t be considered.
Thornberry will choose 12 pets to feature with text, based on the entry story. Thornberry reserve the right to edit this text as appropriate and to fit within a limited space.
Judging will take place after 20th September by an independent panel. Judges decisions are final.
Winners will be notified by email shortly before the release of the calendar. Winning entrants are still required to purchase the calendar.

Support our Calendar

We work hard to sell as many calendars as possible because every sale helps us raise vital funds for our animals. However, producing a high-quality calendar comes with significant printing costs.

If you are able to make an additional contribution towards these printing costs, even a small donation would make a real difference. By helping to cover production expenses, more of the money raised from calendar sales can go directly towards supporting our animals and the work we do.
